Hello My name is Ewelina. I'm an artist by profession. Along with creativity, I also have a passion for wellness, writing and poetry. I'm yoga certified and am passionate about exploring spirituality, psychology and overall wellness in all it's forms.

I started Insights and Illustrations because I wanted to have a place to express and share some of my personal art, life experience, poetry, lessons and insights. 

My goal is for my insights from my own life experience to help serve others in their growth.

I'm creating a space where creativity meets wellness.

  We've all seen her, the unvalued, unwanted out of place woman walking down the street. Her haggard appearance makes everyone look away. Sometimes she begs for food, change or just human connection. She is so repulsive to society, that some see her as vermin. She is so far lost in her world of numbing pain that she functions on pure instinct alone. Welcome to Ewelina's Insights and Illustrations

Today I am pleased to launch something very precious to me. My new insights and illustrations series. These are a series of insights, poetry and reflections, that have been coming to me for a few years now. Combined with illustrations that I create. These are personal pieces of my world. I started these at the end of 2019. It was born from an idea I had when deciding how to combine my art with my authentic and personal spiritual connection and insights. These pieces are very personal to me. So I have kept them private for sometime now. I don't know if I will ever fully share all of them. Dandelion in the pavement

  Sometimes in life, we are like a wild dandelion at the edge of the highway. That somehow managed to grow through the concrete. Surviving amidst the hot pavement and passing cars. Own the resilience and adaptability of the dandelion. It could be just as special and beautiful as any rose.
